Tunnistekauppa's setup packages ensure your device is ready to use from the moment it arrives. The packages save time during commissioning and allow you to start using the device without technical expertise. We offer two packages: Tunnistekauppa Core includes pre-installation, software updates and one month of remote support. Tunnistekauppa Plus extends this with basic configuration, user training and three months of remote support with a one business day response time. The packages are available as an add-on with handheld computers, tablets and printers. Please note that the setup package adds approximately two working days to the delivery time.
