UHF RFID tags operate at 860–960 MHz and enable long read ranges of up to several metres. This makes UHF technology ideal for rapidly identifying large volumes of goods without individual scanning. Typical UHF tag applications include warehouse management, supply chain tracking, retail inventory, library collection management and asset tracking. A single reader can identify hundreds of tags per second.
